How to recover Your Branch Password

How to Reset Your PIN

If it’s your PIN that you’ve forgotten rather than your password, 

  • Log in to your Branch account with your updated password.
  • Select “Account” then “PIN Preferences” from the menu.
  • Tap the link to reset your PIN.
  • Enter your current password for verification.
  • Choose and confirm a new 4-digit PIN.
  • Your PIN has now been updated. 

If you no longer have access to the email link with your Branch account, you’ll need to contact their support team for assistance. Provide them with your:

  • Full name
  • Date of birth
  • The last 4 digits of your SSN
  • Phone number
