  • Dial *242*9# to reset or change your PIN
  • Select option 13
  • Select Option 2 ( Forgot PIN )
  • Inside the forgot PIN window, select option 1
  • Call customer service on 07000007242 to get the temporary PIN
  • Enter your temporary PIN given to you
  • Enter your new PIN
  • Confirm your new PIN 

Using Website

  • Visit www.mypaga.com and follow the below steps
  • Log in to your Paga account
  • In the side menu, under My Paga, click settings
  • In the Security section, click the Reset PIN button
  • Enter your New PIN (4 digits)
  • Confirm your New PIN
  • Save
