If you want to change your Opay password 

  • Log in to your Opay account with your current password.
  • Tap on the “Account” icon or the profile picture at the top left corner of the app.
  • Tap on the “Account Security” option under the “Settings” section.
  • Tap on the “Change Password” option.
  • You will receive an OTP on your registered phone number. Enter the OTP in the verification box and tap on “Verify”.
  • You will be prompted to enter your old password and your new password. Confirm your new password and tap on “Save”.
  • You will see a message that says “Password changed successfully”. You can now log in to your Opay account with your new password.

How to recover your Opay password

If you forgot your Opay password and you don’t have access to your registered phone number, you can still recover your password by contacting the Opay customer service. Here is how to do that:

  • Call the Opay customer service number at 0700 8888 328 or 020 18888 328 or send an email to customerservice@opay-inc.com 
  • Provide your full name, email address, and phone number that you used to register your Opay account.

  • Follow the steps above to enter the OTP and set a new password for your Opay account.

How to change your Opay PIN
